Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request through your order history at. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.
After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard outbound shipping cost. We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened (e.g. for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
